How to set up email accounts in outlook.

Outlook e-mail account setup

Step 1: go to the control panel
Step 2: user accounts, mail accounts
Step 3: set up your profile, type in your name then manual settings
Step 4: then select manual settings, then POP3 imap
Step 5: copy settings sent to you under the appropriate headings - for name type in your name then "|" then the company name - copy mail adress given as well as server setting - copy password and paste into password section
Step 6: click on more settings - fill in required information - tick box on :outgoing mail server
Step 7: select advanced tab - set ur ports and ssl - select ok - then next
Step 8: once server test is done select finish Your email accounts is now set up

Go to Gmail App

Step 1: Click on the circle icon on the top right corner
Step 2: Click Add another account then Click Other
Step 3: Enter Email address given & Click Next
Step 4: Then Click Personal (POP3) & Enter Password into password section & Click Next
 On the next page most of the details you already entered will automatically appear
Step 5: Enter the Incoming mail server (you will find this on the email settings) & Click Next
Step 6: Enter the Outgoing mail server (you will find this on the email settings) & Click Next
Step 7: For Your Name type in your name then "|" then the company name & Click Next


Your Email account is now set up!

How to set up an email account on iOS:

Step 1: Go to Settings select Mail & Click Accounts

Step 2: Add Account & Click Other
Step 3: Select Add Mail Account - For Name type in your name then "|" then the company name
Step 4: Enter Email address given & Password into password section
Step 5: For Description type in the email address given & Click Next

On the next page most of the details you already entered will automatically appear   

Step 6: Enter the Incoming mail server (you will find this on the email settings) Enter the Username (the email address given)
Step 7: Enter the Outgoing mail server (you will find this on the email settings) Enter the Username (the email address given) Enter Password into password section
Step 8: Click Next (Blue ticks will appear) & Save

Your Email account is now set up! To view your emails: Go to the Home screen Click on the Mail icon
